^Itinerary:

^{Day 1
Lhasa-Gyangtse}

^{Drive to Gyantse, en route with a stop at Kampala pass for great views of Yamdrok Lake, arrival in Gyantse, touring Polchor Chode Monastery including the Kumbum, hotel stay.}

^{Day 2
Gyangtse sightseeing - Shigatse 90kms / 2hrs}

^{After breafkast, we visit the local historical and the cultural centers, The Palkhor Chode monastery including the Kumbum stupa ( the only survival with such distinctive structure and the thousands of art works ) and a climb to the ancient local Gyangtse fort is worthy choice by being in Gyangtse, at noon we drive through Nying Chu valley, passing local farming Tibetan villages with stops at their farm-lands and as well as stops at a few local villages with visits to a few of the local families, arriving in Shigatse afternoon and same day afternoon touring the Tashi Lunpo monastery and the local tradtional market, hotel stay}

^{Day 3
Shigatse - Shekar ( 4300m )- Rombuk / 7hrs}

^{Leaving Shigatse town, Drive continue west on the friendship high way to Shekar, and have simple lunch, then keep drive to Rombuk, crossing Gyawu la passs where we have sun-rising panoramic view of the greatest part of the Himalaya, continue overland trip to Romuk, afternoon excursion to Everest base camp, over night camping in Rombuk}

^{Day 4
Everest base camp - Old Tingri - Zhangmu 250kms / 8hrs}

^{Spend a beautiful morning at base camp and then drive down to Old Tingri where we have our lunch break, then we continue our drive to Zhang Mu border, en route we will make a short scenic stop at Thong la pass over 5000m for a panoramic view of Himalaya, from there we have a scenic descending down to 1700m within a 2 hrs driving down deep into Himalaya, arrival in Zhangmu, over night at hotel there}
